You do not need to make a reservation to attend one of our classes. We recommend if you are completely new to hot yoga that you take the 90 minutes classes as opposed to the 75 minutes. However if you rather have a quicker class, go to the 75 minute class. Night classes 6:30 PM and 5:30 PM tend to be more crowded. It's up to you which class you would like to start with (the only classes that are NOT for beginners students are the 8:30 am which is by permission only). Make sure that you read the new students page and the studio etiquette.

90 Minute Classes (White):
This class follows the Classic 26 posture series of Hot Yoga. It is an excellent class to learn the postures and practice with intensity since you have enough resting time in between postures. It’s great for beginners and advance students alike.
75 Minute Classes:
This class is a shorter version of the 90 minute class. Some postures are combined to shorten the class. These classes are offer at times when having an extra 15 minutes to shower or go home is very valuable. These are great classes because they keep a little faster pace.
8:30* be Strong Classes (T/TH):
These classes are available by permission-only is taught by studio owner Cristina Rey M/F and Jason Ewing on T/TH. Students should know the basic 26 postures well and be able to follow a silent class. Both Jason and Cristina branch out from the Classic 26 with a different sequence to include hip opening postures, leg strengthening, and additional abdominal and core work.
8:30* B.A.S.E. (M/F): This class is taught by studio owner Cristina Rey. The focus of this class in on the concept of a base practice (read more). B.A.S.E. acronyms stands for putting emphasis on Balance Alignment, Stillness and Energy. Cristina branches out of the Classic 26 posture class adding additional hip openers, leg stretches, and core work that are aimed to open the flow of energy in our base or root chakra. Our root chakra is the grounding force that keeps us feeling safe and connected with the earth energies. All back issues, hip issues, issues around our knees are said to be connected to our root chakra. Cristina has studied the 26 postures for over 14 years. In her own practice she has studied how the energy of the body is a channel through the yoga postures. Her focus is on the internal and mental aspects of the practice to allow an external freedom and manifestation. B.A.S.E. practice incorporates almost all of the classic 26 postures and adds new postures that allow the elongation of the spine, increases hip and leg flexibility. The order of the postures is changed to support the principle of building a strong base practice where stillness, balance alignment and the release of energy is attained.
