Our studio is located within Urban Body Studios. You do not need to make a reservation to attend one of our classes. You will have access to lockers, water fountains, showers, hairdryers, etc. We ask that you carefully read and follow the guidelines for what to wear and what to bring listed below. As we share these facilities, we ask that you respect the premises and leave the locker room as neat and clean as you found them.
If you are a new student and this is your first visit we encourage you to take class first and then, after class, you can decide whether you want to just pay for the class you took ($ 17 which is the cost of a single class), OR buy a class package. YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER TO TAKE CLASS, just come to the studio 20 min before your class starts. email us if you have any questions.
If you want you can download the waiver form and take it sign to the studio to save time in the registration process. Click here
On your first visit to the studio, you get an extra 20% off the 10, 20 or 50 class card.
This mean that instead of paying our regular price of $140 for a 10 cc, you will pay $112 for a 10 class card/ $208 instead of $26 for a 20 cc and $480 instead of $600 for a 50 cc).
(please notice that 10, 20 and 50 cc have all expiration dates)-see rates and specials for more info.
In order to really know whether this yoga is something good for you, it is best to take at least 10 classes within a month. That will give you a pretty good idea of what this yoga can do for you.
